online order got delayed for more than 20 minutes, the staff didn't even started my order even after waiting there (i especially told them that my order is in que). my ticket was hanging there all the time.

Understaffed, frequently out of many items (no tomatoes, no lettuce), broken features (toaster broken) which means certain sandwiches aren't available (no meatball sub if that's your thing).
