Came through the drive-thru yesterday and had a great experience. The food was hot and fresh like always, and the employees ,they were super friendly, polite, and made sure my order was 100% correct before handing it over. It’s rare to get that kind of nice service at a fast food drive-thru. Will definitely be back! I

When I got to the drive-thru... The first person was wonderful excellent that took my order.
When I got to the window there was another person in the window and she asked me.. what do you want? I was confused because that was a person that had just taken my order.. so I said my fish?

This was one of the most disturbing fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered four sandwiches through the app and received five, but one of them was already half-eaten, which raises serious food safety and hygiene concerns. When I reported it to the staff, they refused to remake the order and only offered a refund
