Papa John's pizza used to be my favorite pizza between all of their competitor companie and then I went a few years without buying pizza of any kind for health reasons and then last week I was with some friends who wanted to eat pizza so I went to order 2 large pizzas from Papa John's and this last experience with Papa

Papa John's doesn't help customers when an order get mixed up. If you pay for it and it gets relocated from one store to the next with out your acknowledgement, you still are charged for it ,even when you don't pick it up. I was done driving around from one place to another because they can't get it straightened out.Mi

I was picking up an order I had placed for a large pizza and they towed my car, saying I couldn’t park there!? And still wanted me to pay so they could give me my car back. I think it’s crazy that they call the tow truck for other restaurants near by if they’re only pick up!!!
