This is the sort of place where you can have a great experience if you set your expectations first. Skip the pastries (not their specialty). Get coffee somewhere else before you come in. Don't expect too much in terms of ambiance or signage. Where do you order? Where do you checkout with groceries? Anywhere or nowhere.
