Went here tonight order my food i was told it would be 15 to 20mins it took an hr to receive my food once i received my food i seen Caitlyn N. go fix another customer’s food she left from taking orders to making orders in the back without washing her hands and no gloves on……i continue to leave…….i open my box while in

Everytime I come to order a hot n ready pizza….i have to wait 30 min to an hour before it’s ready. 🗑️🚮they are ALWAYS behind. Always. 😔 What’s the point of advertising “Hot -n- Ready” if yall never have any pizzas that are “Hot -n-Ready” ….its giving false advertisement!

Placed an online order at 8:15pm check the app to see progress at 8:30 still said got it. We got to the store it's 8:45 and asked what's taking so long only to be told we got 20mins before its even ready mind you we placed it online at 8:15pm. Man please do better at that location and yes it was fully staffed!!!!! WILL
