Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order and got an email that said it was ready. Went it and was told it would be another 20 min. I waited 20 min then was given the wrong order. He blamed me for placing it at a different store when I was at the correct store I showed him the email confirmation. He was very rud

Picked up a pepperoni pizza from here and it was so heavy with cheese I had to use both hands to lift it up and put it on the plate. Never again because my grandson love pizza but this was horrible 😡😡😡

Stopped by this Papa John's while in Columbus. The lady in the store was nice but serious. Ordered the new pizza sandwich the Papadia. The sandwich is smaller than I expected but still is decent size and it was good.
