Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order and got an email that said it was ready. Went it and was told it would be another 20 min. I waited 20 min then was given the wrong order. He blamed me for placing it at a different store when I was at the correct store I showed him the email confirmation. He was very rud

Stopped by this Papa John's while in Columbus. The lady in the store was nice but serious. Ordered the new pizza sandwich the Papadia. The sandwich is smaller than I expected but still is decent size and it was good.

I was coming off from work and was getting ready for pizza night. I ordered through the app, Large Pepperoni, Sauce original, Light cheese.
