It unbelievable how they have a place for you to pick up your pizza put a code in and they still allow someone to steal your food. After standing there while they young lady looked lost because of the traffic she NOW looks twilight lost because we are here to get the pizza and it's gone. Put people in the front end who

Typically okay experience here. Recently they messed up a custom order online. We reported it after the fact online and received a number to redeem and get the order remade, but the store refuses to honor it.
