Very disappointing experience. My pizza was completely burned and inedible. I called the store to request a refund and spoke with the manager, Jamie, who told me they “don’t do refunds.” Instead, I was told I would need to drive 45 minutes to pick up another pizza to replace the burned one. That is absolutely unaccepta
