Starbucks May need to rethink having this location because this hurts them especially in this area. Copper Spoon is such a convienent coffee shop right in the heart of University Hospital! I love the yummy ready to-go snacks, and it’s so nice that I can get my Starbucks fix whenever I visit there as well. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly, and I love all the different treats that they sell.

Batista was not very accommodating, it was after 3 and did not want to make a new pot. Since she was closing at 4. Did a pour over but it was very weak.
The second time I went the coffee was from the thermal pot that was not only weak, it was old and cold.
Not up to Starbucks standards.
