These people would rather stand around and talk than make your drinks 😂 we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and watched the “bartender” hold multiple conversations with multiple different people instead of making 2 simple drinks. Got out appetizers with no drinks. Lmao. Worst customer service ever

My husband, kids, and I went to Applebee’s tonight. When walking in, the lady at the bar ignored us, and I had to ask her three times, "Do we seat ourselves?" before she finally pointed and told us where we could sit. We were left with no menus or utensils, and her rude attitude made us ask for a minute before ordering
