About

At Green Mind Behavioral Health Services, our mission is to create a space where your mental well-being can thrive, ensuring a balance that promotes both health and happiness.

Inspired by the Green Mind Theory (GMT), a unique approach that connects the human mind, brain, and body with the natural and social environment, GMBHS was founded by Dr. Aisha Adigun, who discovered her calling during psychiatric clinical rotations and pursued a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree after more than a decade of clinical practice. She is committed to providing a safe, judgment-free environment where patients can openly pursue their recovery goals. Her goal is to leave a lasting, positive impact on the field of psychiatry and on every life she has the privilege to touch.

She has a warm and nonjudgmental demeanor and is very thorough in her approach. She takes the time to truly listen to and address your concerns. She discusses treatment options in detail and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns you may have. I always enjoy my appointments with her and will
