I ordered online on 9/2/2023. My order was processed and the payment accepted. I received a confirmation email. I never received the order. Emailed numerous times with no response. It’s been over 6 weeks. Now I’m going through the process with my payer source to try and get my money refunded. Waste of time!!! Frustrati
