I visited this location after going to another location to get a cut. I offered to pay for my cut to be fixed with no problem. This location was closer to work so I could still make it to work on time. The first employee brushed me off to another employee. The second employee said oh come back tomorrow so my manager ca

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. The stylist didn’t even bother to comb my hair properly, not even once, which is basic for any haircut. I came out with wet hair, and there was no effort to manage or style it correctly.
