I had a pretty awful experience here. I asked for The Works because the price was decent and I wanted to try them out. They gave me HOT roots, horrible color, the cut is awful, and the owner never contacted me after multiple times contacting them. I did manage to go back for a redo- but the roots are still a completely

I had a great experience with Shelby yesterday! I absolutely love my haircut and really appreciated her knowledge of naturally curly hair. She took the time to understand my curls and gave me a cut that works beautifully with them. Everyone at the salon was so friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back!

I could not have been more pleased with the cut and color Karl provided me. I had waited a bit too long for my color and he carefully analyzed and concocted a color solution using perfect chemistry and artistic mastery you expect from a top notch New York stylist … but I got it here in the ATL! Love it!
